About NVCS

A car show you can enter from your driveway

National Virtual Car Show brings the format of a real championship event to an online community: permanent vehicle profiles, official numbered shows, published rules and permanent recognition.

Why we exist

Plenty of great builds never make it to a show field. They live in garages, driveways and shop bays, and the work behind them rarely gets seen. NVCS exists to give those vehicles a permanent, well-presented place to be seen — and to give the people who built them a fair, documented competition to enter.

Each vehicle gets its own profile separate from any single competition entry, so the car's story keeps building show after show. Each official show keeps its own entries, schedule and results in a permanent archive.

NVCS is an independent enthusiast organization. It is not affiliated with any racing association, sanctioning body or vehicle manufacturer, and it does not use their marks.

Every style is welcome

  • Modified vehicles
  • Restorations and restomods
  • Daily drivers
  • Project cars
  • Imports and domestics
  • Trucks and classic iron

Cars, trucks, SUVs, Jeeps and motorcycles are eligible. Judging rewards presentation, craftsmanship and creativity — not the size of a build budget.

The process

How the competition works

Official shows run on a published weekly schedule in U.S. Eastern Time. No entry fees are charged and no payment is required to compete.

  1. 01

    Create your member profile

Register with a unique username, confirm you are 18 or older, and accept the policies. Your email address is never shown publicly.

  2. 02

    Build your garage

Add each car or truck as its own permanent vehicle profile with photos, specifications and the full story of the build. Every profile is reviewed before it goes public.

  3. 03

    Enter an official show

Submit an approved vehicle to an open NVCS show. Entries are reviewed, and only approved entries appear in the public gallery.

  4. 04

    Winners are announced

Class awards and Best of Show are decided by the NVCS judge. People's Choice is decided by member likes during the voting window.
